The farm coat of arms quickly reveals that the Pitznerhof was more than just a farmhouse. The "Büchsnerhof" was once the armory of the nearby Karneid Castle. This is where the iron was forged and the "rifles" for the knights were made: passionate craftsmanship, even hundreds of years ago! The Puff brothers continue this tradition in their winery in a pleasurable and elegant way: through their wines! The Pitznerhof is a classic South Tyrolean family business, in the midst of a generational change. The traditional blends with the modern, creating a common flow from many channels. The wines are characterised by one idea: the young learn from the old, and the old is inspired anew.
