Tasting Notes
Medium salmon pink with pink reflections and a fine, lively mousse. A hint of tobacco underpins the red forest berry note on the nose, with some cassis, raspberry pulp and lime zest - suggesting it could possibly be decanted briefly. Complex and tightly meshed on the palate with some fine yeast nuances, preserved cherries and a silky texture, with fruit sweetness showing in the finish. It's already balanced and accessible, showing saline aspects in the finish and wild berries in the aftertaste. (L20851024, PM).

Delicate floral nuances, a hint of jasmine and hibiscus, red wild berry confit, some raspberry pulp, delicate nuances of roasted almond cake. Juicy, full-bodied, nuances of yellow plum, underpinned by black cordial, fine fruit sweetness, countered by a ripe acid structure, dark minerality, cranberry and grapefruit in a long-lasting finish, a full-bodied, mature companion at the table.
