Tasting Notes
Medium yellow, delicate golden hues, persistent, very fine pearlescent mousse. Enticing bouquet of patisserie, a hint of nougat, delicate caramel, underpinned by fine apple notes, delicate hints of muskmelon, mango and a subtle honeyed touch. Complex, creamy texture, close-knit and freshly structured, notes of peach on the finish, more brioche, persistent. A great balanced Champagne at the first stage in its evolution.
