Tasting Notes
Disgorged 08/2023. The wine is very floral on the nose, with lavender in particular, but also flint, iodine and some mineral tones, as well as delicate yeasty notes from autolysis. There's hardly any tertiary undertones showing yet. On the palate, it has a supple structure with a mild, creamy mousse, lively acidity and a touch of sweetness on the finish.
