Tasting Notes
A light, red-golden colour. The aroma is more on the ripe than the yeasty side: honey, candied fruits, baked quince. The palate radiates great elegance and freshness: with intense mineral notes and a mousse that has softened somewhat in its dynamism over the years and with full-bodied, slightly phenolic structure on the finish. An exciting food wine.
