Tasting Notes
Golden to saffron yellow. Delicate tertiary aromas on the nose, apple peel, dates, berries, floral honey. Very fine mousse, with a mature acidity seamlessly integrated into a juicy structure, a fine salinity, "très Pinot" flavours on the finish. For lovers of mature sparkling wines!
More about the tastingPale golden in colour. Red berry aroma, honey, dried apricot, dried fruit, candied orange peel, yeast. Smooth on the palate, then with delicate phenolics, rather mild acidity, has a certain sweetness, the fine mousse provides grip and freshness.
