Pale lemon yellow; restrained bouquet, subtle aromas, pear, honey, roasted nuts; juicy attack on the palate, a hint of carbonic acid, very grippy, medium-bodied, a hint of sweetness; tart-bitter finish with subtle residual sweetness. Fresh, uncomplicated drinking fun
