Der Jahrgang 2023 ist aus biologischer Produktion in Umstellung.

Notes of ripe plums, cherry, dried fig, chocolate and subtle dried lovage and elderberry on the nose. Full-bodied but elegant on the palate, beautiful fruit, ripe acidity, slightly noticeable tannins.
