Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow with silver reflections and a fine mousse. Delicate background of brioche, fine yellow tropical fruit, mango, white flowers, mandarin zest and a hint of white nougat: a seductive fragrance. Juicy, elegant palate with white stone fruit, some walnut and fine acidity. Salty and tightly woven finish, with white peach and a mineral aftertaste. Very good length, one of the best sparkling wines in the country. (Disgorged 11/23).
