Tasting Notes
Golden yellow, a silver sheen, with a fine mousse. Mango notes, a hint of bread dough, delicately nutty, fine blossom honey, orange peel. Juicy, with a sweet extract, yellow apple on the finish, mineral, a lively acidity, peach on the finish, a mineral aftertaste, long-lasting and multi-layered, with ageing potential.
