Tasting Notes
Bright old rose with small, fine bubbles. Ripe expression on the nose, of dried strawberries and orange peel, with a floral aftertaste and a subtle yeasty note. Lively notion on the palate, sharp acidity and well-integrated mousse, also shows fine-grained tannin and ripe fruit, unfortunately somewhat slowing down in the middle section, with a bitter almond finish.
