Tasting Notes
Straw-coloured, with a reddish tinge. The nose is clearly Pinot-dominated, with yeasty notes and aromas of liquorice, apple peel and peach. The palate is defined by rich, sweet fruit and a fresh, persistent mousse that gives volume. The acidity, combined with salty motifs, carries through to the finish.
