Medium gold with green reflections. Fine herbal notes of lemon thyme and a hint of sage combine with fresh green pears and a delicate brioche accent on the nose. It's full-bodied on the palate with a juicy seaweed note, accompanied by a crisp mousse. Dry in profile, and with refreshing mineral undertones, it has a medium body and a stimulating, savoury finish. A good accompaniment to roast fish or meat.
