Brilliant straw yellow. A clearly defined nose of stewed cherries, redcurrants, roasted pastries and citrus zest, with some ripe pineapple in the background. The delicate and perfectly integrated mousse meets soft acidity on the palate, with a slightly lemony touch partnering the creamy, complex texture. White nougat shows on the finish with a long, finely tart and nutty aftertaste. A full-bodied food companion.
