The sekt Vaux »L'Artiste« Brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Sektmanufaktur Schloss Vaux has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Disgorged 7/24. The nose is yeasty and almost champagne-like, whilst on the palate this is a very finely crafted Sekt that's rich in nuance and fine with a pinch of phenolic grip, elegant acidity and a smooth and aromatic finish. Skilfully conceived.
