The sparkling wine Blanc de Noirs Brut, vintage 2022 from the winery Sektmanufaktur Schloss Vaux has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Delicately fragrant on the nose, red apple, some sour cherry, raspberry, with delicate hazelnut and brioche. Lively mousse on the palate, delicate creaminess and distinctive grip complement each other, fresh acidity, again light-coloured fruit, apple and pear, versatile and charming.
