"Gris" in colour, like a Provence rosé. On the nose intense berries, just a hint of yeast, a herbal savouriness of dried tomato and basil. On the palate it's rich and wide with ripe acidity and just a hint of sweetness. Seems like a Spätlese, and very well done.
