Disgorged 03/22. On the nose grated apple with balsamic undertones and some Pinot berry fruit. On the palate the wine has a concise Pinot-led style with light phenolic grip, a crisp acidity and some savoury notes. The mousse is firm and is balanced by a very subtle sweetness.
