Muted cherry red in colour. On the nose: notes of spontaneous fermentation, sweet cherry and herbal candy, also new oak. The palate opens soft and supple for a brief moment, then a fine-grained, slightly dry tannin takes hold, the extract tension of which has a long-lasting plateau.
