Concentrated, not too loud aroma, mango, red and green gooseberry, pear, elderflower. Powerful and emphatically dry on the palate, medium-bodied in extract with a lively acidity, a Sauvignon Blanc of the piquant-fresh kind with good length, versatile at the table.
