Fragrant nose, ripe pears, quince, apricots, mango, orange zest, white flowers, acacia, almonds and subtle beeswax. On the palate there is a lot of texture, mild ripe acidity, supple and full-bodied, pleasantly tart mineral undertones, powerful and with substance, a wine that also stands up to stronger dishes.
