Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Background savoury herbal aromas, black fruits of the forest, some liquorice, blackberry and subtle notes of nougat and orange zest. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherry, well integrated tannins and a long finish with salty notes and red berries. Definite further ageing potential.
