It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Schwarzriesling, Chardonnay from the region Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany.
Pinot-scented berries with a hint of yeast and chalky-spicy undertones on the nose. There's a powerful mousse attack with lots of intensity on the palate, going from zero to one hundred in no time. The ripe acidity and pronounced substance give the wine a vinous, gastronomic character en route to the mineral finish.
