The white wine »Vieilles Vignes« Pouilly-Fuissé, vintage 2020 from the winery Domaine de la Chapelle Pouilly has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
Aroma of ripe, bright fruit, red apple, some peach, a hint of vanilla and smoke, with some almond paste behind it. Lively acidity on the palate, nice tension, clear and direct, apple again, vanilla, balanced, medium structure, finishes fresh, very versatile food wine.
