The red wine Fabio Oberto Barolo DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery La Collina di Dioniso has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Brilliant ruby with a pronounced garnet hue. Very clear and extremely exciting nose, initially notes of cold smoke and shattered rock, hints of white pepper, then beautiful strawberry and plum. Lots of sweet texture on the palate, with multi-layered fine-meshed tannins, still a little rough on the back, very young.
