Bright salmon pink with copper-colored reflections. A fragrant, fruity nose of strawberries, raspberry confit and redcurrant. The tasty, creamy texture shows a fine mousse and balance of sweetness and acidity wrapped up in the medium body. Delicately tart notes of blood orange and quince linger well on the finish.
