The sekt Wobar »Chapeau!« Brut Nature, vintage 2021 from the winery Weinbau Dr. Wobar has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Johanniter, Pinotin from the region Brandenburg in Germany.
Salmon orange in colour. Intensely fruity on the nose: wild strawberry and honey, raspberry jam and peach. In the mouth, the wine has a fresh mousse, a powerful body with a clear suppleness in the background, and a long, fruit-driven finish with ripe, very well-integrated acidity.
