Bouquet characterised by tart citrus fruit and herbal savouriness. Notes of yuzu, kumquat and grapefruit. In addition, lemon balm and greengage as well as exotic notes and some incense. Delicate and floating on the palate, with juicy, ripe acidity and tart citrus fruit as well as a savoury, mineral impression on the long finish.
