Complex bouquet with a fine, smoky-flinty reduction that combines beautifully with notes of tangerine, yuzu, yellow stone fruit, savoury and a hint of mint. On the palate, austere acidity, wrapped in subtle texture. Finishes long on tart citrus notes and minerality.
