Bright, straw yellow with silver reflections and a fine-grained mousse. Initially quite restrained on the nose, then opens up to ripe apricot, a touch of banana, pineapple and hints of flint. Creamy on the palate, with a pleasant mousse, a nice interplay between the acidity and fruit sweetness, clean finish.
