The red wine Les Thermes, vintage 2024 from the winery Domaine de la Baume has been rated in 2025 by Romana Echensperger with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Pays d'Oc IGP in France.
A typical, Mediterranean Cabernet Sauvignon type: deep dark purple red in the glass, intense aromas of cassis, black cherry and peat on the nose, accompanied by notes of charcoal, allspice and cigar box. Powerful on the palate, with polished, structured and still firm tannins. A Cabernet with a pronounced structure, elegant savouriness and the warmth of the south of France.
