Dark fruit aromas of dried plums, blackberry and blackcurrant characterise the nose initially. Chalky, smoky, fine stone dust. A balance of baroque savouriness, sour cherry finesse and mineral, earthy elegance on the palate. Full-bodied and delicate at the same time.
