A subtle limestone spiciness meets notes of oak on the nose, hints of yeast and banana, followed by the first slightly iodised tones. On the palate, ripe acidity, the wine flows very naturally and roundly, all elements seem to merge seamlessly together, a chalky texture leads into chalky-mineral finish.
