Tasting from 25.02.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Concentrated fruit aromas on the nose with notes of dried plum, confit wild berries and some cassis. Also hints of liquorice, dark chocolate and dark baked bread. Elegant on the palate, with ripe acidity and dark berry fruit. Slightly noticeable, ripe tannin, long finish.
