Tasting from 11.04.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, bright ruby red in colour. Initially closed on the nose, with very delicate aromas of flint underpinned by savoury notes, then dried tomato, olive paste and cherry. On the palate, supple and creamy; opens elegantly and juicily on very tightly woven tannins, has a mineral core and presses resolutely on the palate in a long finish.
