Bright straw yellow with lemon-yellow reflections. Fragrant and open nose, floral, candied citrus fruit, slightly smoky, with fine hints of fresh milk, flint and a hint of sea salt. Very elegant in the mouth, with racy acidity and a salty undertone, compact, vibrant, with plenty of energy and length.
