Tasting from 20.03.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a drop of blue-violet. Smells of precious wood, juicy cherry fruit, cold smoke and a hint of burnt sage on the nose. On the palate with a beautiful sweetness and pithy, juicy tannins, embedded in fine melting, hearty, clear, pronounced on cool fruit, swings along finely, with slightly salty tones in the finish.
