Open, fruity and savoury bouquet with notes of fresh and dried plums, raspberry compote and sour cherries. Also hints of orange zest, dried vermouth and a hint of caramel. Cool and elegant. Fresh acidity on the palate, aromas of light and dark wild berries as well as a fine herbal spiciness and a creamy touch. Fine, slightly noticeable tannin, long finish. Still youthful.
