The red wine Domaine de Ravoire Rouge, vintage 2022 from the winery Albert Mathier & Fils has been rated in 2024 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Diolinoir, Merlot, St. Laurent from the region Valais in Switzerland.
Currently still somewhat closed. Opens up with air to a clear plum aroma, nuances of dark berries, cassis, spicy-herbal hints. Rather slender and elegant on the palate with ripe, well-integrated acidity and noticeable but fine-grained tannins. Good length with a tart impression.
