Dark ruby, purple reflections, a soft brightening on the rim. Fine oak underneath dark berry confit, ripe plums, blackberries, a hint of candied orange zest. Sweet and complex, a fine savoury texture, well integrated, vivid tannins, chocolatey finish, long lasting, with ageing potential.
