Brilliant, intense ruby, slightly lighter at the rim. Very intense and memorable nose showing notes of plum and ripe raspberry, with a slight hint of cloves in the background. Fills out the palate, with lots of vivid fruit changing from dark cherry to plum and blackberry. Good drive on the finish.
