The red wine Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Angelo Negro has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Clear ruby red. Fragrant and savoury nose of rich ripe cherries, rose hips, hints of fruit tea and dried tomatoes. A palate with a clear, polished core, tightly woven tannin and exciting path towards the saline savoury finish.
