Tasting Notes
Brilliantly shimmering green yellow. Slightly vegetal on the nose, freshly cut green bell peppers, lemon balm, then a hint of green pear. Lively notion on the palate, runs through the palate with racy acidity, very animating, youthful but with good drinking flow, finishes salty with an extended finish.
