Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

On the palate, the wine shows quite good tannins, fine-grained, firmly and smoothly integrated. Juicy, with an acidity that gives elegance to this well-proportioned wine, with sour cherry notes lingering on, medium length. Good with grilled meat, lamb chops for example.
