Tasting from 17.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Straw yellow, just a My darker than a non-oxidative white wine. Complex aroma: salted peanut, apple, balsamic notes, LIME. In the mouth, juicy attack, very delicately textured phenolics, light on its feet almost, with lively, cultivated acidity and tactile-mineral PLAY in the transparent, completely unpretentious construction. Has superb length for all its lightness. Salty.
