Tasting Notes
Salmon pink in the glass. Subtle on the nose, with notes of bitter orange, dried herbs, light wild berries, cherries, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, too, it offers lively spice complementing the fresh fruit, malty notes, ripe and structuring acidity, and prominent yet well-integrated tannins—a mature and distinctive rosé with character.
