Tasting Notes
Delicate ruby red with an orange rim. Intriguing nose of redcurrants and cherries, lots of herbs, especially eucalyptus, with black bread crust behind it. Compact and complex on the palate, calm, beautiful interplay between juice and savouriness, animating acidity, finely-meshed tannins. In the echo are sweet cranberries. Persistent finish.
