Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, brightening garnet red. Very fragrant and appealing nose, showing notes of ripe wild raspberries, plums and rose petals, with a hint of rosehip jelly in the background. Finely worked out at the front, ripe fruit, lots of plums, then opens up with grippy, fine tannins, many layers, sweet texture on the finish.
