Tasting Notes

Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby red colour with cherry red reflections. Clearly sour cherry on the nose, with floral hints and a finish reminiscent of rosehip and green pepper. Juicy on the palate, shows pleasant freshness and precise cherry fruit, also has animating vegetal notes, somewhat austere on the finish.
