Bright, elegant straw yellow colour. Butterscotch, cream and yellow apple on the nose, with an aftertaste of hazelnuts and white rose, very multi-layered and complex. Opens up on the palate with a lot of texture and elegance, the mousse remains somewhat in the background, noble and well matured, warm-hearted fruit, good, appealing length, long and salty finish.
